AIIMS Results Score Card
After checking results the candidates can get their AIIMS score card. The AIIMS score card consists of marks of individual candidates. AIIMS Exam Marking Scheme
To calculate AIIMS results the candidate should know the marking scheme. The evaluation of AIIMS exam paper was done by marking scheme given by exam conducting body. The candidate will be given marks for right answer and there is negative marking for wrong answer. The marking scheme for AIIMS exam is as follows:
- For each right answer 1 mark is awarded.
- For wrong answer 1/3rd mark is deducted.
AIIMS Results Marks Calculation
The results of AIIMS exam is released in the form of percentile score. The marks scored by candidates in AIIMS exam is converted in the form of percentile score and then final merit list is released. AIIMS result will be declared based on the following details of a candidate.
- Candidate’s Raw Score (marks) in AIIMS MBBS exam
- Percentage of AIIMS MBBS
- Subject-wise Percentiles (upto seven decimal places)
- Overall Percentile (upto seven decimal places)
Method of Calculation of Percentile
Candidate’s subject-wise percentiles and overall percentile in their group will be calculated on the basis of the following formula. Here, T, S1, S2, S3 and S4 represent total marks in overall exam, Biology, Chemistry, Physics and General Knowledge respectively.
