AP EAMCET Counselling Process

• The counselling process starts once the EAMCET results were released.
• The EAMCET counselling will be started by AP SCHE.
• The seat allotment of the candidate is done based on the merit list.
• The AP SCHE conducts counselling separately for MPC and BiPC students.
• The EAMCET counseling process is completely web based.
• In order to enter into counselling process one should pay counselling fee and attend document verification.
• In the counselling process the candidate can opt colleges on their own.
• The candidate can change the options many times during the stipulated period.

Stages of AP EAMCET Counselling

• Registration
• Document Verification

Stage 1 – Registration

• The candidates who have qualified in AP EAMCET exam are eligible for counselling.
• The eligible candidates can attend counselling process.
• Visit any of the helpline centers and register for counselling.
• After visiting helpline center pay fee and register for counselling process.

Stage 2 – Document Verification

• After registration and payment of fee is done the next stage is document verification.
• The document verification is done based on the rank of the candidate.
• Visit the help line center and wait for your turn to attend for document verification.
• Submit EAMCET rank card and all the documents for verification
• After verification process is done they will be given a receipt

Stage 3 – Options Filling

• After completing document verification the candidate can opt colleges and streams.
• This should be done online on official website.
• Log in to your account by giving required log in credentials.
• Your account will be opened and list of colleges will be displayed.
• Enter option numbers behind the college name.
• After entering options lock your options.
• Take print out of the form and logout your account

Stage 4 – Seat Allotment

After the candidate entering web options seat allotment will be done. The seat allotment of the candidate will be done based on the merit list. To know the seat allotment candidate should check the allotment letter from the website. Visit website and login to your account, then allotment letter will be displayed. Download and take print out of the allotment letter.

Stage 5 – Reporting at the Allotted Center

After completion of seat allotment the candidate should report at the allotted college for seat confirmation. If candidate did not attend the allotted center then the seat allotment will be cancelled. Attend the allotment center and pay fee and submit required documents to conform their joining.
