Educational Qualifications
Area Sales Manager – Candidates should have completed Graduation from Government recognized University ,the priority will be given to the candidates who completed MBA of relevant degree from reputed colleges and should have 8 years of experience as Sales Manager in Public/Private/Foreign Companies/Broking NBFCs/FMCG companies.
Team Leader – Candidates should have completed Graduation from Government recognized University and should have 5 years of experience in Sales of Retail Financial products ,in which 2 years’ experience as a Team Lead.
Sales Executives – Candidates should have completed Graduation from Government recognized University and should have 1 year of experience in Sales of Retail Financial products.
Sales Executives(Under Graduates)– Candidates should have passed atleast 1st Year of Degree ,but not completed their Graduation and should have 2 years of work experience of Sales of Retail Financial Products.
Sales Executives (Freshers) – Candidates should have completed Graduation from Government recognized University and should have knack for doing a Sales Job.
Manager/Asst.Manager processing– Candidates should have completed Graduation from Government recognized University and should have 8 years of experience in as HR Operations Department or MIS Department or Finance Department.
