While preparing your daily time table you should also allot time for daily routines like sleeping, lunch break, fresh up time, time for bath, evening walk time, dinner and leisure time. IAS Preparation Study Time Table Weekly

The candidate who is preparing for IAS exam can prepare their study time table to study weekly. The weekly timetable should follow the daily timetable. It is advised for the candidate to allot 1 hour to read newspaper every day of the week. The candidate can allot remaining days for preparing pre-determined topics from prelims and mains.

For example, if a candidate studies topics related to current affairs on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday then the candidate can prepare for History on Thursday and Friday in the first 3 hours of daily timetable. Similarly you can prepare for other subjects and days.

Prepare Monthly and Long-Term Time Table

The candidates after preparing weekly timetable it’s time for them to prepare monthly time table. It is advised for the candidate to allot time every week to take mock tests. By taking mock tests one can test their preparation.

The next important thing in preparing monthly time table is to set weekly targets for different topics. For instance, the candidate should set a target to complete polity topic by week 3 and should complete geography topic by week 2 and so on.

For preparing long term time table the first thing you should do is to set monthly targets. Setting a monthly target involves covering a particular subject is certain months. You should keep a target to complete economy topic for 2 months and should complete environment topic in 1 month and so on.
