About AP Polycet Exam
The AP Polycet exam is one of the most demand exam in AP. The AP Polycet counselling is conducted by State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET), Andhra Pradesh. The AP Polycet exam was conducted for the candidates to get admission to diploma courses. AP Polycet exam is a state level entrance examination. The AP Polycet exam is conducted offline. This AP Polycet exam is conducted for admission to diploma courses of both engineering and non-engineering disciplines.

AP Polycet Counselling Process
The AP Polycet Counselling is done in 5 stages. They are
- Documents Verification
- Registration
- Options Entry
- Seat Allotment
- Reporting at Allotted College
Stage 1 – Documents Verification
This is the 1st stage in AP Polycet counselling. The candidates who have qualified in AP Polycet exam are eligible to attend AP Polycet counselling process. The qualified candidates should report in person at a helpline center along with original and Xerox copies of all the required documents on the scheduled date. After visiting helpline center they should submit all the documents for verification. Once document verification is done successfully the candidate will be issued receipt of certificates.
Stage 2- Registration
After document verification is completed the next stage is registration. The candidate should apply for web based counselling on the official website. Create a new account and generate password for login. Any details regarding the further process of counselling will be done through the newly created account.
Stage 3 – Options Entry
After registration is completed the next stage in counselling is options entry. This stage is done through online mode. The candidates can enter choices in the order of priority. The candidate should login to account then list of colleges will be displayed. The candidates should enter options behind the college name. After entering options the candidates should click on submit button and logout the account.
Stage 4 – Seat Allotment
After the candidates entering the web options seat allotment will be done. The seat allotment is done based on the merit list. The candidate can check the seat allotment status online by entering to their account. The candidates who are allotted seats will be provided with allotment letter. The candidate should download and take print out of the allotment letter for further use.
Stage 5 – Reporting at College
After receiving the allotment letter the candidate should report the desired college. In case the candidate fails to report college the seat allotted will be cancelled. The candidate should visit the college and submit required documents, allotment letter and pay tuition fees. After paying fee the admission number will be generated and seat will be allotted for the student.

- For SC/ST students the counselling fee is Rs250/-
