Eligibility Criteria
- Should have passed First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Technology or Engineering in Electronics and Communication from recognized University for the post of Scientist B in the department of Electronics & Communication Engineering.
- Should have passed First Class in Engineering or Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from recognized University for the post of Scientist B in the department of Computer Science & Engineering.
Age Limit
- The Age limit for this post is 28 Years.
- The Age relaxation for the categories are as follows
UR-28 Years
- OBC (Non Creamy Layer)-31 Years
- SC/ST – 33 Years

Application Fee
- The application fee for General and OBC candidates is Rs 100/-
- No fee for SC/ST/DIVANG and Female candidates.
Selection Process
- Candidates will be selected based on the GATE score(80% weightage) and 20% weightage based on the candidate’s performance in the interview.
Training
- All the shortlisted candidates for Scientist B post will undergo Post Induction Training at DIAT Pune/ITM Mussoorie.
Pay Scale
- Including all HRA and other allowances the salary for Scientist B post will be 80,000 per month.
