Matriculation / 10+2 / Degree from a recognized university / institute.
Age Limit as on 01-07-2019
- Minimum: 18 Years
- Maximum: 45 Years
- Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Selection Process:
- Computer Based Test (CBT).

Refund of application fee: RRB also refunds the application fee after you have appeared the CBT exam. The refund of the application fee is different for each category. Candidates can refer to the table given below.

How to fill the RRB Ministerial Application Form 2019?
To fill the application form of RRB Ministerial and Isolated Categories 2019, follow the steps mentioned below.
- Firstly, click on the link given on this page and click on the option of “New Registration”.
- Applicants have to choose the RRB for which they are willing to apply.
- Now, read all the instructions carefully and tick the “Declaration”. After that, click on the submit button.
- Fill up your personal details like Name, Date of Birth (as per the matriculation certificate), gender, e-mail id, phone no.
- Next, click on the link sent on your registered contact details and fill the second part of the application form.
- Login with your registration no. and password and enter your educational details, nationality, religion, community and upload the scanned photograph and category certificate as per the specifications.
- Pay the prescribed application fee specified category-wise.
- If the candidate is belonging to the PWD category then, he /she can also appoint the scribe.
- After completing the process of the application, keep a hard-copy of the application form for future reference.
