Procedure to apply SBI PO 2019 Application form
- The candidate who is interested in applying for the post of SBI PO 2019 Exam has to login to official portal sbi.co.in.
- Search for the “Career with us” on the home page and click on it.
- Select “Recruitment of Probationary Officers in SBI” Click on it. Then drop down with 2 links will appear which consists of Download Advertisement (English/Hindi) and Apply online. (Online Application is available in English and Hindi Language but it can be only filled in English Language).
- Click on “Apply Online”.
- Then a new page will appear which consists of Recruitment of Probationary Officers Advertisement details and new registration link.
- If you are applying for this post for the first time then you have to click on “Click here for new registration“.
- A fresh page will appear where you have to register by filling mandatory fields such as your Name, Phone number, Email id .After filling all the fields click on “Save & Next”
- After clicking on Save & next a registration number and password message will be sent to your mobile number, Email id and also in fresh page. Save the Registration number and password for further use in future.
- Now the old candidates who have already registered and the newly registered candidates can go to official website sbi.co.in and login using theirs Registration number and password
- After login a new page will appear where you have to fill one after another such as Uploading Photo and Signature, Details and payment process.
Uploading Photo and Signature: The applicant has to upload a recent scanned photograph of size not exceeding 50 kb each and must not be less than 20 kb for photograph and 10kb-20kb for Signature.
When the Photograph and Signature are uploaded preview page is shown where the candidate has to see his /her uploaded photograph is clearly visible/identifiable in the upper row and the specimen signature in the lower row. If the uploaded photos are not good then candidate can reload the images by clicking on Reload Photograph and /Reload Signature button.
After uploading Photo and Signature click on “Next” button” at the bottom of the page, then a new page will open.
Filling the Details: In this page applicant has to fill In this page applicant has to fill the personal information details including Name, Gender, Date of birth, Fathers Name, Mothers Name, Nationality, Marital status, Candidates of persons with Bench marks(with greater Community, whether he/she belongs to Minority, Fee Remission Allowed, Educational Qualifications, Address, district, State, PIN Code, Phone/Mobile number-Mail
Click on “Continue” button at bottom of the page to go to next “Preview” Page.
Preview: After filling all the mandatory fields a preview of application is appeared, where the applicant has to check all the fields are filled correctly or not. If any mistakes are there then applicant can change them. After previewing and submitting the details applicant cannot change the particulars. So applicant has to preview the Application carefully.
Declaration box:
After previewing the application at the bottom of the page declaration for the Applicants is provided. Applicants are advised to go through the declaration carefully and have to opt the Agree or Disagree buttons.
Important Note: If candidate is opting Disagree, then the application will be dropped and procedure will be terminated. Accepting to Agree only will submit the applicant online application and the given data will be submitted and saved .
Click on Submit button at bottom of the page to go to next “Payment” Page.
Payment: A fresh page is opened indicating your Registration ID and showing three options of payments VIZ. Pay by cash, Pay by card, Pay by net banking each option accompanied by radio button. Click on radio button regarding to the choice of payment and then click CONTINUE
If applicant want to make the payment by using cash, fresh window opens wherein TRANSACTION Id given by the State Bank of India and Date of Transaction is to be filled in. The TRANSACTION Id given by the BANK is to be a SEVEN OR EIGHT DIGIT NUMERIC CHARACTER, which is to be filled in the Transaction-Id field.
Click on CONTINUE A fresh page opens indicating payment details filled in after filling in Transaction Id and Date of Transaction. Payment can be done through Debit/Credit/Master/Visa card or STATE BANK OF INDIA/STATE BANK OF BIKANER & JAIPUR/STATE BANK OF HYDERABAD/STATE BANK OF MYSORE/STATE BANK OF PATIALA/STATE BANK OF TRAVANCORE where Internet Banking facility would be directed to their respective sites.
Take a print of payment receipt for future use, which is appeared in new page after completion of payment successfully.
